Each sound healing session follows a clear yet flexible flow—one that is guided by professional practice, while leaving space for what naturally unfolds in the moment.
Arrival & Settling In
The session begins quietly. You are invited to arrive just as you are, to slow your breath, and to gently land in your body. A few simple words may be exchanged to understand how you are feeling and what you hope to receive, allowing the session to be shaped around your present state.
Opening the Space
Sound is introduced gradually. Soft tones, spacious rhythms, or grounding vibrations help the body relax and the mind soften. This opening phase prepares your system—creating a sense of safety, receptivity, and inner stillness.
Guided Sound Journey
As the session deepens, carefully chosen instruments, intervals, and harmonies are woven into a continuous soundscape. The flow is not fixed; it is guided moment by moment by how your body, emotions, and energy respond. Sound moves through you, encouraging release, balance, and a natural return to ease.
Integration & Rest
Toward the end, the sound gently fades, allowing the experience to settle. You are given time to rest in silence, letting the body and mind absorb what has shifted. Many clients describe this stage as deeply grounding—like coming back to themselves with a quieter mind and a lighter heart.
This is not something you need to “perform” or “understand.” Simply receiving the sound is enough. The session unfolds as a calm, guided journey—one that supports balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Private Sound Healing Sessions
Guided by a certified sound healing practitioner, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs in a calm, supportive environment.
First-Time Experience (60 min) – $80
Standard Private Session (75 min) – $120
No prior experience is needed. Simply arrive, rest, and receive.
If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
